Hi, I'm Rachel Boak
I've been an Accredited Practising Dietitian for 25 years. I'm also a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. I have a Bachelor of Science, Nutrition Honours, Masters of Science and a PhD in Public Health Nutrition.

My research work, client practice and special interests have always been firmly in the 'how' and 'why' (not just the 'what') of eating.

In private practice, I help people of all ages, particularly women and also other health professionals, who want to explore, understand or improve their relationship with food and eating, end chronic dieting, address emotional eating, or body image concerns.

I offer non-diet approaches, including Intuitive Eating if appropriate. I have undertaken further training in these areas, including with the founders of Intuitive Eating in the United States and attaining the Australia & New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders (ANZAED) Clinician Credential.
